Landscape design solutions for any space.

Residential

With an emphasis on beautiful, low maintenance plantings, landscaping can liven up your property year round by adding structure, color and texture - enhancing the enjoyment of your home. Our ecologically based designs encourage birds, butterflies, pollinators to visit.

Commercial

Visitors to commercial properties are welcomed by incorporating attractive plantings. We enjoy creating inviting “greenscaping”, softening the hard edges of large buildings and paved areas.

Nothing says "welcome" like an inviting entrance.

Plantings can create a sense of arrival, reflecting your style and the character of your home and property.

An inviting Cape Ann seaside garden thrives in wind and sun.

With an abundance of sun, wind, rock, sandy soil, and salt spray, coastal areas can be a harsh place for a garden to grow. The use of appropriate plants tolerant of these conditions, can lead to a beautiful garden that thrives near the ocean. We planted this garden with ornamental grasses, roses, junipers, and drought tolerant perennials to adorn this property with year-round color and texture.

A charming poolside garden creates a wonderful place to relax.

We designed and planted this lovely pool-side garden to evoke a sense of relaxation for this busy family. Incorporating evergreens, flowering shrubs and perennials with colorful foliage and trees with attractive bark lengthens the seasons of interest in this garden. Our client loves the fragrant and textural plants we used near the walkways, patio edges and sitting areas.

This tranquil garden is made up of pleasing plant combinations with a focus on interesting foliage.

We transformed this shady side yard from an under-performing strip of lawn to a lush garden tapestry. After removing the lawn and installing a curved stepping stone path through the space, we positioned cedar lattice trellises at the edges to create privacy and provide structures where vines could grow.

Plantings in this garden provide great color throughout the seasons.

This beautiful Cape Ann landscape was designed by studio b designworks several years ago. We have been responsible for maintaining the gardens organically for the last few years. The abundantly planted, mostly native landscaping looks stunning-year round and attracts all types of winged wildlife...from birds to pollinators and butterflies.

Soften the hard edges of commercial and municipal properties with “greenscaping”.

Adding garden spaces provides the visitor a welcoming experience and mitigates environmental impacts of large buildings with impervious parking & walking surfaces.
